모든 상품은 검수 후 보내드리고 있으나,배송 시 충격/흔들림 으로 인하여 

무른 성질의 실버 특성상 침이 휘거나 약간의 침 높이의 변형이 생길 수 있습니다.



침이 헐겁게 여닫히는 경우, 침 끝부분을 약한 힘으로 위쪽으로 올려주시거나 살짝 내려주시면

 침이 홈에 고정되어 딸각 소리와 함께 정상적으로 착용이 가능합니다.

과도한 힘을 주어 열거나 닫을 시,제품 특성상 침이 휘거나 부러질 수 있습니다.

약간의 침 휘어짐은 실버의 무른 성질로 인하여 손으로 간단하게 교정이 가능합니다.


이러한 경우는 불량이나 하자가 아닌 소재 자체의 특성이기에

환불/ 교환이 불가합니다.
